For me, the stress of getting out the door in the morning rarely comes from one big thing, but rather a handful of small, moments that pile on. Deciding what to eat, reminding everyone what comes next, negotiating how much time is left.
Over time, I’ve tried a lot of different systems, that could help ease some of load. Let’s be honest, there’s no quick fix or forever formula. Every day has it’s own set of variables, but having some consistent tools in the mix has been a game-changer for building routine.
